New build chalets, alpage renovations and luxury fit outs across the Chamonix valley and the Portes du Soleil.
The complete renovation of an alpage into a multi use second home and rental chalet in Lavancher in the Chamonix valley involved liaising with a client who was abroad and the onsite project manager to ensure the delivery of a stylish functional chalet featuring many bespoke design items. We created a separate two bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor so the owners can enjoy the property while guests are in the main chalet.
The below renovation in the centre of Chamonix started life as a garage and was converted into a stylish three bedroom rental chalet. With an eye on the budget and rental returns we mixed good value products such as an Ikea kitchen with a bespoke copper splash back for maximum impact. The top floor bedrooms were restricted in height so we designed and built a bespoke headboard and dressing area to maximise the space. Other features include a bar, cinema room and reading corner.

The supply of furniture, soft furnishings and lighting for the below luxury private home in Les Gets was a logistical as well as a design challenge. The client contacted us in August for completion at Christmas which tested all our skills but we did it with the assistance of our wide network of suppliers and local tradespeople.

The below new build family holiday home and rental property in the centre of Chamonix was a project we were involved in right from the start of the process. We were able to advise our client, who lives in the UK, on tiles, flooring, layouts, the kitchen and the bathrooms before we even got started on the furniture. Once the foundations were in place we were able to bring originality and flair to the project in line with the clients brief
